The location of the hotel is fantastic, providing amazing views of the town and hot air balloons. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, though the daytime reception service was slightly disappointing. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delightful and plentiful.

I had a fantastic two-night stay in a Double Cave Room, and I loved relaxing in the steam room and enjoying a soothing back massage at the spa. The place is lovely, with cozy spots to sip tea while taking in stunning views of the sunset. The only downside was the bed's slight discomfort, but it didn’t take away from my overall awesome experience. 😊

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like 24-hour reception, laundry service, and a lovely bar area. I'll never forget how the staff helped with plug adaptors on my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

I had an amazing experience during my stay! The room was beautifully designed with unique cave decor and was spacious, making it feel cozy. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to enhance the variety of fruit options at breakfast.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us plan our activities. Just a heads-up, the stairs can be a workout, so pack comfortable shoes.
